Master Your Inner Superhero (suitable for KS2 pupils)

In a world where we all need heroes to aspire to, our session teaches kids to embrace their own inner superhero to master superpowers for self-control and resilience.  Sometimes we have big monster feelings that need taming, but once we have learned to use our inner superpowers, we need never let those feelings overwhelm us again.

Aimed at children in KS2 the session gives children a variety of simple and effective techniques for relaxation, anxiety and stress management delivered in a fun and creative way.  We will build tools for resilience and the children will start to create their own personal resilience toolkit.

Flourish - Your Essential Guide To Being And Growing Confidence

This is a fun and interactive workshop for young people.

We offer 2 workshops aimed at different age groups;

For young people aged between 9 and 11 years in years 5 and 6 (KS2)

and one for those aged 11 to 15 years old.  (Year 7,8 and 9 KS3)

 

Together we will explore and learn tips and tools to improve self-confidence and self-belief.

Combining NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) with fun brain science we will explore how to boost self-confidence and learn important life skills and banish those negative thought processes. 

 

Aimed at children in either upper KS2 and those in KS3 aged between 11 and 15 years, the session gives young people a variety of simple and effective techniques for developing self-confidence, self-belief and stress management delivered in a fun and creative way.

Mighty Monsters - Getting On Good Terms With Taming Monster Feelings (suitable for KS1 pupils)

For children monster feelings sometimes get them into trouble, overwhelm them and stop them getting the best from life.  This session with our qualified "Relax Kids" coach helps children get to know their "monster feelings" so they can get back in control of them.  It gives a variety of simple and effective techniques for relaxation, mindfulness, and stress management delivered in a creative and fun way.  This session will start the children on a journey to discover and learn tools to good mental health, emotional regulation and resilience.

DISCover The Inner You! (Transition and Resilience Session For Yr 5/6 and Yr 7 Students)

I'm going to take you on a journey of DISCovery to explore your personality style and the personality of others. 

 

During this fun, unique and interactive workshop we will discover how we respond in certain situations, how we see our friends and what it is about other people that annoy us.

This workshop is suitable for school years 6 and above.

Including: 

  • Why you do the things you do 

  • Why you click with some people and why you clash with others

  • The things you enjoy and don't enjoy

  • What your strengths are

  • What your outlook on life is

Your Inner Brain Genie - The key to unlocking happiness, confidence and focusing on what you want!

Your brain is an amazing tool, but did you know that you also had a part of your brain that acts just like your own personal genie?

This fun and very interactive workshop teaches how to "Master Your Brain Genie" - a key to unlocking confidence and happiness by mastering your thoughts to think about what you want, not want you fear.

In this session, I will be combining NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) with fun brain science to explore how to boost self-confidence and learn important life skills and banish those negative thought processes.  They will discover the importance of being aware of how what they focus on becomes what they notice more of and how to train their brain to focus on what they want, not what they fear. 

 

We will cover the importance of having a positive personal mantra and how confidence is like a muscle that gets stronger the more it is used.  We will also look at the importance of setting goals for ourselves

Roles Models Not Fashion Models!

In this session, I will introduce the importance of positive role models - we will look at what a role model is, why advertisers use celebrities and athletes to promote their products and what makes someone a hero or a role model. 

 

We will also look at what their own "personal brand" is and put together  a fun poster based on what they need to do in order to be consistent with their "brand"

Natural Steps - A Protective Behaviours Approach To Resilience, Wellbeing and Personal Safety

Natural Steps is a workshop that teaches life skills for self-empowerment, personal safety and emotional wellbeing as well as promoting good citizenship. This workshop shows the ability to recognise when we are not feeling safe and provides skills and tools to enable young people to take action and get help when they need it based on protective behaviours.  This workshop is suitable for school years 5, 6, 7 and 8
