Funded Conflict Coaching
Natural Flair has been Hertfordshire’s leading provider of parent coaching for over 6 years. We are now also proud to be working in partnership with Hertfordshire County Council Family Services Commissioning Team to offer funded conflict coaching to parents as part of the Better Relationships Better Parenting Project.
About the programme
Children's exposure to conflict between their parents can put their mental health and long-term life chances at risk.
Our work is based on national evidence demonstrating the link between inter-parental relationships and child outcomes.
Sharon Lawton, Director of Natural Flair is an award-winning coach and along with her team of qualified coaches provides a friendly, relaxed environment to safely explore family relationships in a non-judgmental way.
Arguing can be a normal part of family life, but the way that we argue can affect our family relationships in different ways, especially our children.
We will help you to better understand behaviour patterns and manage conflict in your family situations with fresh, new strategies to help prevent conflict escalation.
These sessions will also help you to communicate more effectively and empower you to challenge your own beliefs and values. We will work with you to achieve more desirable outcomes by thinking differently about situations where conflicts arise, and support you in creating a conflict resolution toolkit personal to your needs.
Our coaches can offer sessions in:
Watford, Hertsmere, Stevenage, St Albans, Potters Bar, Welwyn/Hatfield, Dacorum and The Borough of Broxbourne.
